Bunn & Sons Custom Builders is a Colorado-based residential construction company built on a simple idea: homeowners deserve a better experience than the industry typically delivers. Founded in 2016 by Tom and Brook Bunn, we design and build custom additions, whole-home remodels, kitchens, ADUs, and new homes for discerning homeowners in Broomfield, Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Golden, and throughout the greater Denver Metro area.
Every project starts with thorough pre-construction planning and ends with a fixed-price contract, so our clients know exactly what they’re getting, what it will cost, and when it will be done, before a hammer ever swings.

Most construction projects don’t fall apart during the build. They fall apart because the planning was rushed. We slow down on the front end, working out every detail of design, scope, budget, and schedule before a single hammer swings. Then we put it in a fixed-price contract. When we tell you what your home will cost, that’s what your home will cost.
We’re not a commercial outfit that dabbles in homes on the side. Remodeling is different. We’re coming into a home you already live in, with your kids’ drawings on the fridge and your grandmother’s dishes in the cabinet, and we treat it that way. All of our energy and all of our long-term crew relationships are built around one thing: doing right by the families who trust us with the most personal space in their lives.
