This project came to us through an interior design firm, which gave our team the chance to focus entirely on what we do best: the build. The scope started with a complete kitchen remodel, including a new layout, cabinetry, appliances, and finishes.
From there, we refinished the wood floors across the main level, took the bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt it with a new layout, cabinetry, shower, and finishes, and gave the fireplace a full makeover to tie everything together. The design team was top-notch, and the finished product was more polished than we could have achieved on our own.

The cabinetry was completely redesigned to optimize storage, flow, and space, with frameless cabinetry, quartz countertops, new appliances, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and a statement range hood that became the focal point of the room. An updated island configuration unlocked a significantly more usable island, which is where this family spends the most time.
We refinished the hardwood flooring throughout the kitchen and main level, replaced the balusters and handrails, and refreshed the paint. The bigger island and more open layout made room for entertaining and a growing family, which was the whole point.
You bump into someone every time you open the oven. The fridge is in the wrong spot, the island is in the way, and there’s never enough counter space when you need it. You’ve learned to work around all of it. You shouldn’t have to.
The most important move on this project was opening the kitchen up and adding a large window to bring the outside in. We partially removed a wall to create open sightlines across the dining room, kitchen, and living room, which immediately changed the way the whole main level feels.
We also reconfigured the kitchen with a new island layout and new appliance locations, added a dedicated beverage prep and storage bar that feels like a high-end whisky bar, and installed new cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and hardware throughout. Cooking went from a daily frustration to one of the best parts of being home.

We slow down on the front end, working out every detail of design, scope, budget, and schedule before a single hammer swings. Then we put it in a fixed-price contract. When we tell you what your home will cost, that’s what your home will cost.
We’re not a commercial outfit that dabbles in homes on the side. Remodeling is different. We’re coming into a home you already live in, with your kids’ drawings on the fridge and your grandmother’s dishes in the cabinet, and we treat it that way. All of our energy and all of our long-term crew relationships are built around one thing: doing right by the families who trust us with the most personal space in their lives.
Our crew and our trade partners have been with us for years, not weeks. We pay them well, treat them like family, and bring the same people into your home for month after month of your project. You’ll know who’s walking through your front door, and so will we.

We’ll walk you through our process, share examples of projects we’ve done, connect you with past clients who’ll tell you the truth about us, and talk honestly about the preliminary budget. This isn’t a sales pitch. It’s how we figure out together whether we’re the right fit.
Once you choose us, we enter a Project Development Agreement — a dedicated pre-construction phase where we plan every detail before a hammer swings, culminating in a fixed-price contract and certainty of outcome.
Design happens in two phases: establishing your vision, then getting granular with floor plans, material selections, and real-time 3D renderings. Our design center covers cabinetry and countertops, and we guide you through partner showrooms for everything else. We’ll bring in or work alongside any architects, designers, or engineers you need, and handle all permitting, surveys, and city coordination behind the scenes.
The result: a fixed-price contract that spells out exactly what your project will cost and what happens at every step.
Now comes the fun part. With every detail worked out ahead of time, we break ground, and you get to watch your project come to life. You’ll have your own JobTread portal with photos, job logs, and updates sent straight to your inbox.
We host onsite meetings at key milestones so you can see the work firsthand and ask questions in real time. We take good care of your home while we’re working in it, clean up every day, and introduce ourselves to your neighbors so they know who we are.
The best warranty is the one you never have to use, but we stand behind our work fully if something does come up. Every project is covered by a full two-year warranty on materials and craftsmanship.
We also check in with you proactively at six weeks, six months, twelve months, and twenty-four months after we finish, just to make sure everything is still the way it should be. And even after your warranty is up, we’ll still do whatever we can to make things right. Our goal is to make you a client for life.

Kitchen remodel costs vary widely depending on the scope of work, but homeowners in Broomfield and Boulder County should expect a fully redesigned kitchen renovation to start around $150,000. At this level, a kitchen remodel typically includes much more than cosmetic updates. It often involves new cabinetry, countertops, appliances, lighting, flooring, and some layout improvements. Projects involving custom cabinetry, premium appliances, major layout and/or structural modifications, and higher-end finishes may require a larger investment.
Most of our kitchen remodels run about 2 to 4 months of build time, depending on the scope and the amount of structural work involved. We'll talk through temporary setups during planning. Many clients set up a small kitchenette in another room, and some opt for short-term housing for part of the project.
Absolutely, if it works based on how you want the kitchen to look and function. Sometimes, keeping the layout is the right move for the budget and the house's architecture. Other times, opening up a wall or repositioning the island is what transforms the kitchen. We'll tell you honestly which one your kitchen calls for.
Yes. We have in-house design capability and long-standing relationships with design centers and material partners. For higher-end projects, we also work with outside interior designers if you have someone you love. Our True Perfection project is a good example of how well that collaboration can go.
Older Broomfield and Boulder homes frequently hide plumbing, wiring, or framing surprises. Our pre-construction process includes inspections and exploratory work to minimize the unknowns before we sign a fixed-price contract. When genuinely unforeseen issues arise, we address them transparently so they don't blow up the job.
Not typically. Smaller kitchen projects can require much of the same planning and coordination as a full remodel, which makes them less practical for the way our team works. If we’re not the right fit for your project, we’re always happy to point you toward trusted partners who may be a better match.
