Iain and Merrill have lovingly remodeled their Boulder County home piece by piece over the years, but this was the big one. Their family was growing, and the old sunroom-turned-living-room couldn't keep up. They came to us ready to replace it with something built right.
A Living Room That Wasn’t Really Livable: The family’s main gathering space was a DIY-finished sunroom with enough structural and comfort issues to make everyday use a question mark, especially with kids in the house.
A Cramped, Overflowing Entryway: The original hallway was too tight for the everyday pile-up of boots, jackets, backpacks, and bags that comes with a growing family.
