We like to share referrals, home remodeling ideas, and projects that align with your budget and explore any questions or concerns you may have. We’ll discuss preliminary pricing and project details. Remember, the goal of this meeting is not only to provide you with information but also to establish a solid foundation of trust and understanding that will carry through the entire renovation process.
PDA and Pre-Construction Development
After our initial consultation, we proceed with executing a Project Development Agreement (PDA). This agreement comprehensively outlines all relevant details for a certainty of outcome. Our team works with you, architects, engineers, designers, trade partners, city planners, and product vendors to ensure a clear understanding of your scope of work, associated costs, and transparency in all areas of our project planning.
Build Contract & Construction
With a clearly defined scope and the construction contract signed, it’s time to start building! By providing clear communication at every step and addressing your feedback, we ensure the project progresses smoothly, avoiding common pitfalls that could delay completion or inflate costs.
Warranty
After your project is complete, you’ll have peace of mind knowing we take care of our clients even after the “new project smell” has worn off. We rarely have warranty issues, but if a problem arises, we stand behind our work 100%.
